• Travel beyond 30 miles from ZIP code 34655 is $5 per mile.
• Events over 100 miles require hotel accommodations for two staff members plus travel expenses.
• Client must provide seating and meals for two staff members during dinner service.
• Party favors must be provided and distributed by the client.
